We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. That's why we offer a guarantee for our nail treatments. Should your gel polish flake or peel, we offer a touch-up or re-polish depending on the condition.<\/span><\/p>

If your acrylic nails or gel nails chip, break or tear, we will be happy to repair them under our guarantee.

  • Guarantee period: 1 week from the last visit.<\/b><\/li><\/ul>
    • Contact with the salon must be established within 1 week.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Acrylic or gel nails:<\/b><\/p>

      • Guarantee period: 2 weeks from the last visit.<\/b><\/li><\/ul>
        • Contact with the salon must be established within 2 weeks.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Please note that replacement nails will only be provided if the original treatment was defective due to an error on our part. If individual nails are damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, the warranty only covers the affected nails.
