Important notes on eyelash extensions

We do not recommend eyelash extensions if:

  • You have an allergy.
  • You are in your menstrual phase.
  • you suffer from a serious illness (e.g. cancer, diabetes).

In these cases, the adhesive may not adhere optimally, which can affect the durability of the eyelash extensions. There is also a risk of an allergic reaction with swelling of the eyes.

Warranty conditions:

  • Guarantee period: 3 days from the date of treatment.
  • Contact with the salon must be made within this period.
  • You need to keep some fancy lashes to show your lash technician.
  • If a repair is required, it must be arranged within 3 days of the initial treatment. After that, the warranty expires.

Refund policy:

If you are not satisfied with our work, you are entitled to a 501TP3 refund within 3 days.

  • You will only be reimbursed if you come to our salon so that our eyelash technician can remove the eyelash extensions.

Care instructions:

  • Do not wash your eyes with water for the first two days after treatment.
  • Improper aftercare can invalidate the guarantee. In this case, you can either have the missing eyelashes filled at your next appointment or have them repaired on site for a fee.
