Important notes on eyelash extensions
We do not recommend eyelash extensions if:
- You have an allergy.
- You are in your menstrual phase.
- you suffer from a serious illness (e.g. cancer, diabetes).
In these cases, the adhesive may not adhere optimally, which can affect the durability of the eyelash extensions. There is also a risk of an allergic reaction with swelling of the eyes.
Warranty conditions:
- Guarantee period: 3 days from the date of treatment.
- Contact with the salon must be made within this period.
- You need to keep some fancy lashes to show your lash technician.
- If a repair is required, it must be arranged within 3 days of the initial treatment. After that, the warranty expires.
Refund policy:
If you are not satisfied with our work, you are entitled to a 501TP3 refund within 3 days.
- You will only be reimbursed if you come to our salon so that our eyelash technician can remove the eyelash extensions.
Care instructions:
- Do not wash your eyes with water for the first two days after treatment.
- Improper aftercare can invalidate the guarantee. In this case, you can either have the missing eyelashes filled at your next appointment or have them repaired on site for a fee.
